Any analysis we conduct consists of three steps:

Step 3. Presentation of the analysis and results (one hour in person or by telephone with the business owner). This is when McDermott and Company as your "VP of Marketing" presents a promotional plan for the business. Plans include a wide range of tactics -- some that can be implemented by the business owner, some that could be done by an outside resource. After the presentation the business owner decide if you want to implement any of the pieces of the plan -- now or in the future.
