You are instrumental in the development and promotion of the brand and image for our firm. By asking questions, listening, and building a relationship with our firm, you were able to identify the character of Sapphire Financial Group LLC. The name, the logo, all the marketing materials, the television commercials, the appreciation events are encompassed with your fingerprints. Mark and I realize our brand would never be as professional nor as personal (meaning it fits our personalities, morals, and beliefs) without your efforts and creativity.
Everyone at Sapphire Financial Group LLC considers you to be a member of our firm. This was best demonstrated on our firm day. This was a day for everyone at our firm to get out of the office and brainstorm. We discussed topics such as; where are we going, who is our target market, what resources do we need to service our current and future clients, how do we market to our target clients, etc…. As you know this meeting was for Sapphire employees only with two exceptions……Our technology consultant and you. I cannot think of a better example that demonstrates the importance of you and your services to our firm.
